  • Cut the Tofu into small Cubes.
  • Cut the Scallion into thin slices.
  • Put the Water in a Pot to boil. Reduce the Heat to maintain a gentle simmer.
  • Whisk the Yellow Miso Paste by pasting 1 tbsp at a time and allow to simmer for about 10 Minutes until well combined.
  • Taste the Soup between each adding until you achieve your desired Flavour.
  • After strain the Soup and dump the Solids.
  • Add the Onions and the Scallion and allow to simmer for about 5 Minutes.
  • Add the Tofu and the Dulse and simmer for about >3 Minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pound Pizza Dough Whole Wheat
  • 1.5 ounces Dulse Culinary Whole-Leaf Seaweed
  • 1 small Garlic Clove
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 3 ounces Pitted Black Olives
  • 6 ounces Thin sliced Mushrooms

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven to 450°F. Position the oven rack at the lowest position. Average time is about 15 minutes, but the time varies depending on the stove.
  • Coat baking paper with olive oil.
  • Soak the seaweed in warm water for about five minutes. You can rinse the salt off and drain it from excess water.
  • Put the seaweed in the food processor with the garlic, black olives and the olive oil and olives. Pulse until the ingredients combines. They should be pretty much smooth.
  • Spread the tapenade over your pizza dough.
  • Bake until crispy and golden for about 8 to 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3.5 ounces Seaweed
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1/4 Cucumber
  • 1/2 red Onion
  • 1 stick Spring Onions
  • 1 red chili
  • 1.5 ounces coriander
  • 0.1 ounces fresh Ginger roughly
  • 1.5 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 0.5 ounces Sesame Seeds black
  • 4 tbsp sweet chili Sauce
  • 1 fresh Lemon
  • Black Pepper Flakes
  • Salt optional

Instructions

  • Place the dry Seaweed in 200 ml of water and allow to absorb. Takes about >10 minutes. You can rinse the salt off and drain it from excess water.
  • Cut (lengthwise) the carrot and cucumber. Cut the spring onion into fine slices. Cut onion into fine rings. Finely chop the chili and coriander.
  • Mix algae, carrot, cucumber, onion, chilli, spring onions and coriander in a large bowl. Rub the ginger into the bowl. Add sesame oil, dark sesame, sweet chili sauce and lemon juice. Add depending on your to taste with salt and pepper. Then mix the salad thoroughly.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 ounce Dried Sugar Kelp
  • 100 ml Apple cider vinegar Alternative: White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Soy paste
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp very fine chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp maple sirup
  • 100 ml Coconut Oil
  • Sesame Seed for Topping
  • Salt optional
  • 6 small cucumbers shredded

Instructions

  • Boil water in a pot. (80 °C / 176 °F). Remove the Pot from the Plate and insert the Seaweed.
  • Leave it for at least 20 Minutes in the Pot.
  • Pour the Seaweed off the Water and cool the Seaweed prompt in a Cold Water Pot for about 15 Minutes.
  • Dry the Seaweed with a Kitchen Towel.
  • Shred the Sugar Kelp thinly.
  • Stir up the Apple cider vinegar, Soy Pasta, Lime Juice, Ginger, Maple Sirup, Coconut Oil, cucumbers, red onions in a Bowl.
  • Add the Sugar Kelp and Mix well.
  • Sprinkle salad with sesame seeds.
  • ENJOY!
