  • 3/4 ounce Dried Seaweed (Wakame, Dulse, Whatever you have)
  • 3 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar (seasoned?)
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Freshly Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 Scallions
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Carrot
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • Sesame Seeds for Topping


  • You'll first need to soak the seaweed in warm water for about five minutes. You can rinse the salt off and drain it from excess water.
    Stir together vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, pepper flakes, ginger, and garlic in a bowl until sugar is dissolved. Add the seaweed, scallions, carrots, and cilantro, tossing to combine well. Sprinkle salad with sesame seeds.
    Top with Sesame Seeds and ENJOY!!
